- Initial experience in personnel management
- Knowledge of CAD programs (Inventor) is an advantage
- Confident MS Office skills
- English skills are an advantage
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding

- Professional experience at a shipyard
- Willingness to work shifts (by arrangement)
- An independent and reliable way of working
- Experience in using welding equipment
